El Uso de Suplementos Enzimáticos en Dietas para Camarón

Abstract

La sustentabilidad a largo plazo de la producción comercial de camarón es dependiente de la
limitantes económicas y ambientales. Dado que el alimento es uno de los mayores costos asociados
con las granjas de camarón y la fuente inicial de contaminantes, hay considerables presiones para
reducir los costos de alimentación y minimizar los efectos contaminantes del alimento. Por adaptación
de tecnologías y estrategias apropiadas de alimentición, la carga de nutrientes asociados a los
sistemas de alimentación implementados puede ser minimizado. Una variedad de suplementos
alimenticios, los cuales han demostrado incrementar la producción animal, podrían ser aplicados a
alimentos para camarón. Por lo tanto, los objetivos de esta investigación fueron para evaluar el uso de
proteasas grado alimenticio (FGP) en dietas prácticas para alimentos para camarón y la evaluación
preliminar del uso de fitasa para liberar fósforo unido a fitina.
