Disminución de la Proteína en el Alimento del Camarón como una Estrategia para Reducir el Impacto Ambiental
Abstract
La acuacultura del camarón se volvió rentable desde la década de los 70 debido a la creciente
demanda de este crustáceo, lo cual ha estimulado continuamente su cultivo. Para el cultivo
del camarón se destinan 1.2 millones de hectáreas en Asia y cerca de 200 mil ha en el
hemisferio occidental.
